I must say I am pleasantly surprised! As an introduction to the real estate world it can be 100 -% ig . Recommend I had a few aha moments. Much was not clear in advance, for example, which I must pay when it comes to financing is how to choose a house right design options for the contract between buyer and seller etc.. The book is easy to read, not a professional Chinese and if it explains everything in detail and the author gives to Internet links that encourage them to continue familiar with the matter. In addition, checklists are provided (eg, for object-visits). Red Keywords enter at the side of a quick overview. Extra tips / information is summarized in gray boxes.
